Cancelling an appointment (inc lateness)
Q: What if I need to cancel my appointment?
A: This is a necessary measure to help avoid wasted appointments.
We allow each Client to cancel 3 appointments. If you do not attend an appointment and you fail to contact us, we will assume you do not wish to continue with further sessions.
If you are a fee-paying Client and cancel with less than 48hours notice, we will keep £22.50 towards the cost of providing the appointment. The balance of £22.50 is forwarded to your next appointment.
If you provide 48 hours’ notice or more the full £45.00 is forwarded to your next appointment.
This enables us to use appointment times more efficiently.
Q: What if I am late for an appointment?
A: We would like wherever possible for you to contact us if you are running late for your appointment. However, without this we still keep your appointment open for 15 minutes. Should you inform us prior to your appointment time that you will be later than 15 minutes we may be able to make arrangements so that you may still keep your appointment.
Please bare in mind that even if your appointment started late you will still end at your usual time.
