A Place to Talk
At Cairns, we provide a space where we hope you will feel able to talk with a counsellor about the difficulties you face in life, with no fear of being judged.
We registered as a trust with OSCR* in 1994, and became a SCIO** in 2014. Established to provide emotional support to adults in need, our service has grown from humble beginnings to the present day where we are open 6 days a week including 3 evenings. We are proud to have been given the Queen’s Award for Voluntary service in 2016. As a well established service, we are trusted by many professionals and have a long history of enabling change.
