We provide a space where we hope you feel able to talk with a counsellor about the difficulties you face in life, with no fear of being judged.
We are an independent charitable organisation.
We rely on donations and the support of charitable trusts to raise enough funds to deliver the service. We offer a donation-based service and encourage those that can afford to contribute to their sessions to donate directly to Cairns Counselling.

Queens Award for Voluntary Service in 2016
We registered as a trust with OSCR* in 1994, and became a SCIO** in 2014. Established to provide emotional support to adults in need, our service has grown from humble beginnings to the present day where we are open 6 days a week including 3 evenings. We are proud to have been given the Queens Award for Voluntary service in 2016. As a well established service, we are trusted by many professionals and have a long history of enabling change.
