Face to Face Contact Suspended

Due to the current public health emergency, we have taken the difficult decision to suspend face to face contact. We appreciate that this may cause concern but with the high numbers of people we have using our service, it is essential that we take responsibility to minimise the potential for infection to spread.

What we are doing. All face to face appointments after this date and time have been cancelled.  We are updating all clients to discuss new arrangements we are putting in place while the face to face contact is on hold.

When we will be in touch. We are working hard to look at ways of maintaining support by alternative methods. This will take time to arrange and we ask for your patience while we plan and prepare the options available to us.

When will we re-open. The initial decision is to close for 4 weeks, but this will be reviewed in line with public health guidelines. This means we will not reopen before 20th April 2020. We will update our service plans for reopening nearer the time.

If you have immediate concerns for your emotional wellbeing, there are services which provide telephone support such as:-

  • Samaritans (116 123)
  • Breathing Space (0800 83 85 87).

You may want to make use of these services while contact with others is limited.
