As part of our commitment to offering the best possible counselling support, we’ve recently reviewed the costs involved in delivering our Faster Flexible Service. Due to increasing operational expenses, we will be making a small adjustment to the fee for new clients accessing this service.

🔹 Effective from 1st October 2024, the fee for new clients will increase from £45 to £50 per session.  

🔹 This is the first change to the fee in 14 years, and after a local comparison, we are confident this remains an affordable option for clients who can pay.

Please note, existing clients who are currently receiving counselling or waiting to begin will not be affected by this increase and will continue to pay the original fee of £45. If they re-refer in the future, the standard fee at that time will apply.
